Your gut health is absolutely crucial to how you feel.

In fact, the bacteria in your gut control your life in many ways.

In recent years, the research community has become more and more interested in the gut flora as they have seen how important it is. It has been seen that the intestinal flora is altered in many serious chronic diseases such as type 2 diabetes, allergies, asthma, MS, autism, Parkinson’s, intestinal diseases, heart disease and certain cancers. American studies show that the gut bacteria manipulate us by controlling what we choose to eat. The psyche is also affected by the gut bacteria. It has been seen that depressed people have a different gut flora than those who are not depressed and that obese people have a different gut flora than normal weight people.

We usually eat far too much food that is heat treated or otherwise preserved and thus we get no supplement of bacteria without the intestinal flora easily becoming faulty. Antibiotics are also a major villain when it comes to gut bacteria as it kills many of the bacteria we need to feel good. All this means that you can expect many positive effects when you start adding the right kind of bacteria.
